To support the District’s mission, of
developing a pool of dynamic, skilled Toastmasters, capable of delivering
effective training to achieve the critical goals of
enhancing performance, offering a greater numbers of people the opportunity to
benefit from the Toastmasters educational program while building and
sustaining healthy Clubs the District will host a series of Train the Trainer
Workshops. The first District Trainer’s Workshop was held in May 2006. The
next, will be held at the 2006 October Conference in Curacao, on
Friday October 20th, 2006
and will comprise two tracks.
Track 1
– Introductory Trainers’ Workshop for first time trainees and beginners
designed to prepare participants to conduct training at the club level
Track 2
– Level 2 Trainer’s Workshop for Trainers who completed the session in May
2006 and or persons with proven track record as Trainers. This session aims to
prepare participants to conduct training at area level including club
officer’s training.
