District Structure
District 81 has two
DIVISION A , DIVISION B,
DIVISION
C & DIVISION D. In each Division, Clubs are
grouped by territory (country) and areas and are allocated as follows:

Division A comprises clubs from Netherlands Antilles
(Curacao, St. Maarten, Bonaire), Virgin Islands (St. Croix, Tortola, St.
Thomas, Virgin Islands).

Purpose of Division
The purpose
of the Division is to serve clubs assigned in achieving club, area,
division and ultimately district goals mainly by organizing training, and
administering the policies and procedures of the District and Toastmasters
international.
Objectives
The Divisions and by extension
the district meet their objective mainly be the work done by Area
Governors and the Division Council. The Overall division goals are: :
The Areas goals:
The council's goal is to to build more clubs in
each territories. Territories in a geographical area with three or
more Areas
would be candidates for a Division Governor of their own.
