send it to District Governor who would then forward to WHQ
as of November 17, 2006

Toastmasters Week
The Council proposes to have a Toastmaster Week in every country, with
the following elements a must:

One/two page newspaper
supplement (financed by ads)

A minimum on one model
meeting in a target area with the view to starting a club.
The functionaries must be Toastmasters, but the audience must be people
not yet exposed to Tm. A corporate entity or the community centre of an
area like is suggested

Three clubs (as of September 14, 2007) have since renewed membership take the base clubs to

MINIMUM CLUB STANDARDS and rules governing
SUSPENSION AND REINSTATEMENT
If your club has not paid dues for two or less dues period your club may
be reinstated. See WHQ Guide on How to reinstate you club

However, if
your club has been inactive for
two or more Dues Renewal periods, it must charter as a new club,
meeting all charter requirements. It may not reinstate.
