Objectives

 

To assist in the building and retention of healthy Clubs by

 

bullet

Planning and arranging for training twice a year for Club Officers, Area Officers and Division and District Officers - Target 85% Officers trained

bullet

Planning and making arrangements for the Educational Sessions at District Conferences

bullet

Assisting other Education Officers in the Council with developing education programs the meet the needs of club members.

bullet

Target CTM's 3.5% of base membership (end of previous year's)

bullet

Target ATM's 1% of base membership (end of previous year)

bullet

Target Distinguished Clubs

bullet

Target Distinguished Areas

bullet

Conduct at at least two Speech contests per year

 

The main priority would be training for Area Governors and club officers.

Division Governors would work with the District Lt Gov ED to find the most effective yet cost effective approach for the territories outside the Division Governors home country. The training  done will based on the training needs of each area.

District Trainers

The Lt. Governor Education and Training would be preparing a list of Regional Trainers who would conduct training at the request and accommodation of Clubs, Areas and or Territories.  Clubs would be required to complete and submit a questionnaire of  their training needs.
