Conference Registration

All attendees are required to complete a conference registration form.

The form should be completed and e-mailed to d81conference@caribbeantoastmasters.org or faxed to the attention of Monica Woodley, at (784) 4512248

  • Please advise the conference organizers of any special needs you may have (e.g. Dietary, Disability).
     

  • Full Registration covers Registration package, access to the Opening Ceremony, Cultural Presentation and mix and mingle, Two Speech Contests, 6 Education Sessions and a general session, a dinner and award function, and refreshment break & lunch on Saturday.
     

  • Register Early by September 30, 2010 and save US $40
     

  • The Registration desk will be opened for early birds and locals on Thursday October14th from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and Friday October 15th from 8:00 am to 12:00 am and again from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

  • US $ Bank draft payable to “SVG District 81 Toastmasters Conference”

  • Cash at the conference registration  (Do NOT send cash in the mail)

  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa) . Send information as on Registration Form by e-mail or Fax.
