General Conference Information

Travel requirements & Currency exchange

Overseas participants are advised to make and advise the Conference Chair of their travel plans two weeks in advance.  A valid passport and proof of return ticket is required.

Visitors must carry valid passports. Visas are not required where the visitor is a citizen of the USA or certain Commonwealth countries (please check for visa exempted countries), or where there is agreement for exemption between the home country and St. Vincent & the Grenadines
 

Nationals of the some Caribbean countries may need to apply in advance for a visa to enter St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

Tickets

All event pre-paid tickets will be placed in the registration package.

Additional tickets for each ticketed event may be purchased at the registration desk. 

A Conference Registration Form must be completed for each additional person.
